Two use cases :

  1. Information collected through all forms on the website is recorded in a computerized file managed by the sales and marketing team (HubSpot database). The legal basis for processing is consent, collected via the checkbox below the contact form (e.g. “I would like to receive updates on express transport via the Ecov newsletter” or “I would like to receive Ecov’s newsletter”)
  2. If the box is checked: Contacts are classified as “marketing contacts” and subscribed to Ecov communications. If the box is not checked:
    The information collected via the contact form is used solely to respond to the visitor’s request. These contacts are not classified as “marketing contacts” and are not subscribed to Ecov communications.

The collected data is accessible only to the following recipients: members of the Ecov company.

Data is retained for a period of 13 months.
